I had been waiting for the wind to switch to SE for a while and Thursday was the day. Broadside heart shot at 20yards with a rage chisel tip. Grateful to finally get him after all the sits in single digit temperatures. Bowtech: insanity CPX strikes again!

At 9:30 I heard some grunting. Then a Doe went running by, followed by a nice mature Buck. He was running. Tried to get him to stop but he was in hot pursuit of that doe. Minuet later I hear another grunt. Here comes a smaller 6 point and this guy. The 6 point stopped and took off. Then this guy came by. I hit the grunt call hard a few times. He stopped, and made the shot. Saw it was a good clean hit. Re loaded and waited. 10 minuets later a 5 point came by and a spike. So 5 bucks in 30 minuets. It was a fun morning.
