So the night before I had him on camera going to roost. Figured he couldn’t have been far from there, so I went out the next morning and found him roosted across the river. I did a couple hen chirps to get his attention and he flew down to my side of the river and I took him at about 25 yards away. He then decided to flop into the creek that flows into the river so his fan isn’t the prettiest in the picture. It’s not much but it’s honest work!
