I was sitting in a tree line between a cut bean field and a freshly cut corn field. There were 14 doe and fawns around me from directly under my stand out to 40 yards. The 2 doe under me looked to the south and headed north, I thought I somehow spooked them. Then I caught movement coming from the south. He came cruising in and stopped in my shooting lane at 15 and gave me a perfectly broadside shot. He only made it 45 yards from where my arrow was.
