Heard a grunt, then heard some crashing in the brush. Looked over and seen antlers. Chased a doe into about 40 yards and he was moving quick shot once and missed. He took a couple steps behind a down tree, and I tried to get another shot off and missed again lol, Then I had my buddy hand me his gun. At this point he was quartering away and behind. And tree I could only see the very top of his front shoulder. I had to lean off the stand and take a crazy shot, I hit him, he ran about 40 yards and piled up. Very thankful to harvest this buck, and shoutout to my buddy jman for letting me come out and hunt as well. You the man dog!
