I’ve been hunting this buck for last 2 years. He’s outsmarted me and much more to my surprise he actually showed up. On the day I thought he would, I just so happened to be sick and unable to pull my bow back so I got a crossbow and went out, he came in 30 yards with a doe and shot him. He went off with her and I decided I should back out. Unable to track at the time made some calls, went back out with help in the morning he made it 250 and fell over. In the night the coyotes tore him up and it’s very unfortunate but I’ve been on him hard all season and what an awesome hunt.
