Went out in the morning and sat till about 8:30. We were getting cold so my buddy and I decided to go scout a new area neither of us had been in before. Got to a creek bank over looking a marshy area. We were discussing our afternoon plans to hunt and there he came from across the creek right towards us. Gave me a 27 yard shot and ran about 100 yards. A hunt I won’t soon forget.
