I took the day off of work which enabled me to be in the stand this morning. Right at 7:08am God gave me the opportunity to put down the 9pt followed by the 8pt at no later than 7:09am. What was incredible to me is both deer come from opposite sides of the harvested corn field I was hunting and met nose to nose on a massive hill right in the center and perfectly in line with where I was on stand at. Neither deer knew each other were there until they crested that hill, where I then laid them both to rest! Thankful not to be eating tag soup in the 2025 season!
