I went out wearing street clothes just to change some trail cam batteries. I decided to go clear some vines from an old stand I haven’t used in a couple years. When I got done I started climbing down the stand and I heard something behind me. I looked over and seen this guy standing in the sunlight. I recognized him immediately as the buck I nicknamed from camera and a previous run in “Tighty Whitey”. I waited and every time he would walk I would climb up a few steps then pause when he would pause. Eventually I got up to the top of my stand, picked a window, and smoked him. Unbelievable to have this happen when I least expected it. 10:30 am.
