Hunted the morning in Boyne Falls , then drove 4 hours to our property in Monroe for the evening hunt. Found a fresh scrape and decided to take out the tarsal gland of a doe I shot on opening day that was in the back of the truck and place it on the scrape. This buck came in directly behind my son and walked 5 yards from him, straight bee lining to the scrape downwind. Shot him at 10 yards. It was an amazing experience to share this with him. Proud dad moment!
