Trent had already tagged a 6 point on Opening day. He suggested we just go sit and watch the deer and on the off chance a big buck steps out he can use his restricted tag. The buck stepped out in our shooting lane about 40 yards around 4:15 pm alone. First deer we had seen. He got setup and made a good shot on the buck and he only made it a couple yards out of the shooting lane.
