He came in with 3 does but didn’t seem to interested in them. After a few hits on the grunt call, he came within range. At about 100 yards out I had a small window to shoot and took it. Dropped him where he stood. I knew he was big, but wasn’t sure how big. I was shocked when I got up close to him to see a mature 10 point. As I was staring at him in amazement, thanking God for a great buck, I saw something about 10ft away, and noticed this deadhead that was even bigger! Great buck story I’ll never forget.
