While sitting all day, opening day, with my 8 yr old son, Bentley. We passed up a few smaller bucks. Enjoying the day. When at 4:30pm this guy came out of the thicket. The boy was ready next to me so I said told him “take the gun and kill him”. With my 450 Bushmaster, at 40 yards, he dropped him with one shot.!
Only Bentleys second buck ever and biggest at 10pts! By far my favorite opening day yet!
