First deer as a Father! Patterned this deer early season hitting a scrape line behind our storage shed in the center of our property. Had him on camera the 8th and 9th around 6:30pm. On the 10th at 3pm I snuck in and set up in the shed. This was the first deer I’ve taken with this bow. It belonged to a family friend who passed many years ago. The 19 year old Mathews’s switchback xt got the job done at 22 yards and I got it all on video! Very grateful for the ability to chase these amazing animals.
