This is “Jack’s Buck” a once in a lifetime deer dedicated to my father.
November 18th 2025 will be a day I will never forget. with an unexpected day off I grabbed my dad’s old orange hunting hat, and headed out to the stand. Shortly after 7:30, as I finished my prayer to my Dad (as I do every morning). I saw movement coming out of the Swale was a doe looking nervous…there he was the largest buck I have seen in the wild. With a steady hand, I was able to make a perfect shot. Knowing that my dad brought me this buck makes it even more special, my 1st deer season without him. Thank you Pops for blessing me. This buck will forever be known as “Jack’s Buck”! A huge thank you to my amazing wife,for putting up with me during deer season and of course helping me get this big boy out of the woods.
