I was watching all the deer funnel out into a cut corn field about 300-400 yards away while I was coughing up a storm. As I turned to check the woods behind me I couldn’t believe that this buck was only 30-40 yards away standing at a scrape staring directly at me. I slowly lifted my 450 and took what I thought was the only shot I had and dropped him!
