It has been a long bow/rifle season as she has not had a lot of time to hunt due to school, sports and work so on 12/11 when they were blesssed with a school snow day Mallorie and her sister Lauren took advantage and headed to the woods. The deer are pretty picked over this late in the season but she was lucky enough to have this heavy horn 8 pt still checking scrapes and dropped him in his tracks around 2 in the afternoon. He has several broken tines most likely from the rut. She was happy to finally get on the board!
