He came in around 6 o’clock I wasn’t sure if I should take him or let him go, but then he went back into the woods two hours later almost dark he came back in, and I took the shot when he gave me no sign that he had Been hit and looked like clean miss Then I heard the death moan and realized I had killed my first bear.
