Had this buck on camera all year. He was staying in the corner of are property. That night the wind was bad to hunt in the blind in that corner. Had to change it up and hunted in another blind about 800 yards west of where he normally was. I was hunting over two food plots we have and a bean field. I was having good action that night had plenty of deer passing through. I wasn’t even thinking I was going to see him that night. Looking at the weather and trying to plan to get over in that other blind to get him. But I got eyes on him at about 5:30pm, about 130 yards away. Then for over an hour he proceeded to move farther away. All the deer coming into the field was going in two directions one was strait to me into the food plots and the other was strait away from me. He was moving like he was going to keep going strait away from me. Then all of a sudden he decided to come my way and from about 200 yards to about 30 yards away he came in on a steady trot. He stopped just inside the food plot at 30 yards and I took the shot at around 6:45pm. He went about 50 yards and went down.
