After 2 days of high winds I decided to leave the blind in the woods and go over to my blind at the edge of the field. At 7:30 a.m. As I had glassed a buck 200 yards away, two 8 pointers came out in front of me. One buck was 30 yards and the other was 35. After glassing the two, I decided to take the buck at 35 yards. It was raining but the wind had died down. The shot took the bolt through the heart and lungs and he went down less than 30 yards. It was an awesome morning.
