Missed the morning hunt then cut a Christmas tree with the family. It was 2:30pm I texted my buddy and asked if he thought it was worth a sit at his private property. He said deer were already on the field get out here. Made it the stand about 3:20. Deer were all over the neighbors field and soon moved straight into the woods to me and as I was ready to shoot a big doe this guy steps out. Shot him right through the heart at about 50 yards with my buddies 450. Only made it 30 yards and crashed hard. Thanks Jeremy and Jessica. First buck in 6 years!!
