Mom and daughter took to the blind at roughly 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Mom said she had a feeling something was going to come out. Around 5:30’ish pm this guy popped out in the shooting lane about 40 yards from them. He took them both by surprise! Andi takes aim and delivers a perfect shot.
Andi’s brother Anthony was home sick from school however that did not stop him from grabbing the sled and dragging the deer back to the house for his sister.
Both kids help their mom field dress the deer before bringing it to the house.
During that time, in the cold dark night while the snow fell, both kids looked at their mom and said thank you mom for taking us hunting and doing this for us we are so proud of you.

All of this happened while I’m overseas working. I am humbled and blessed to have a wife and kids of this caliber.
