Buck came in at 8:10 with a bigger buck trailing. They were wrapping around my right side and I didn’t have a shooting lane so I waited. The bigger buck caught wind of me and ran back and this guy followed but paused at 27 yards, broadside and somehow in a perfect little hole which offered his vitals. I shot and smoked him in his heart. He went down in about 80 yds, expiring within a few seconds.
