11 yr Annika has hunted hard every weekend this season determined to get her first deer with her compound bow. Her range limit was 15 yards so it took a lot of patience for the right opportunity to come along. It finally came together on the morning of November 13 and she made the shot. It came running right past me, her dad, which was a big help in the recovery. Her brother and cousin were excited to participate in the tracking. It was a huge accomplishment for her, proud moment for dad, and a fun day for the family.
