Had this deer start showing up on camera on 10/30 but was never frequent and would only show up at night. As early December came around, he started showing up a lot more than normal but still would never be in daylight. I was sitting in the tree the evening of 12/7 with about 15 minutes left until dark when I noticed a few deer coming from a bordering property. As the deer made their way out of the brush, I noticed the last deer was him. I gave him a few minutes to work his way into a clearing and right when I saw the opportunity I took the shot. Even with snow on the ground, I could not locate any blood until I found him about 40 yards away.
