I missed him on Opening morning. My brother saw him again on Saturday night. I hunted a spot that I never really attempted to hunt before, because it’s in really thick cover. I offered the spot to my brother, who turned it down because it’s a better right hand shot stand, and he’s left handed. Of course, he came in on my right (a left hand shot), much deeper in the woods than I expected. So, I had time to quietly reposition without him seeing me. Best deer so far.
