After sitting in the storm that came through Sunday evening 9-12-21, and having some smaller bucks come in during youth hunt. I let them pass by waiting to get something 6pts or bigger. My step-dad and I seen a buck come in and I said I’m ready too shoot, my step-dad thought I was going for a 3pt and told me to wait, until he noticed that it was a 8pt. since the buck was walking away my step-dad made a sound to stop him and I shot dropping him right where he stood! Using a 25-06 to make the kill shot!
