I was sitting over an active scrape that had multiple bucks hitting it over the past week. That night, I had 2 does come running towards me stopping at the scrape. They both were looking back and here he came. The hit was slightly back and knew it right away so I backed out and looked the next day at noon with a dog. The dog did amazing but we were unable to find him. Two days later me and my dad decided to do a grid search and ended up finding him. Unfortunately he was too far gone but I still did the right thing and still tagged him!
