Had several buck and doe grazing a hayfield, my wife and kids at the house watching the deer from the spotting scope in the kitchen window. A few txt messages exchanged back and forth with the wife as she seen the buck I was looking for up near her. After a while the messages stopped because a twig near me in the woods snapped. A hundred yards away from all the other deer out popped this 8pt that i had not seen this year watching them grow all summer. He stepped out at about 15yds and right behind a tree. He took a small pause watching all the other deer in the field and proceeded to take 3 more steps and stopping for a perfect clean shot. tracking was super easy even with a woods filled with water. Called the wife and my 2 kids whom are super excited to help track and drag deer!
