Super proud dad moment! Wow is all I can say! Easton started the day out with an amazing deer and we all couldn’t be more proud. The sister gets home and says dad can I go out and of course the lions are playing but I couldn’t say no and we had pictures of this deer on my grandparents property the night before so around 130 I ran the pop up blind out with Danielle Sumner and we got it set up for the evening hunt. It was a long sit and the temperature started dropping. I’m in a t shirt starting to get cold but I kept telling Bristol tonight he will be back and of course like clock work he showed tip toeing into the food plot. I saw it first and was instantly shaking worse then the deer that I have shot at because mind you he’s at 20 yards and we are on the ground none the less. Bristol was rock solid and waited patiently for him to take 2 steps away from some thistle and she let him have it. I heard the hit and was immediately excited with joy as I heard the hit and the rest was history. Deer only ran 40 yards, so proud of you Bristol!
