Sat almost every evening bow season. Passed up an 8pt waiting for the 10. Sat on Friday the 18th and didn’t see any deer and he came out and gave me a perfect broadside shot. Counted 4 on one side and knew he looked decent so as soon as he put his head down to eat I took a shot and he mule kicked and took off and I knew I had a good shot. Called my dad up and he told me to wait until he got there to go look. There was blood on the bait pile and he knew I had a good shot. He ran about 40yds and my dad’s like you got that 10 pointer!
