I had been watching this guy for the past couple weeks on trial cam. He came in here and there nothing to consistent. But thankfully on the morning of November 15th he did. All I had was a doe and a couple yearlings wondering around my spot for almost two hours and just as I thought all hope was lost, I heard crunch, crunch, crunch off to my left and saw his horns and got ready for him to come out into the clearing. Once he was out I grunted he stopped and that was the end of that. He ran probably 70 to 80 yards, I saw him drop. He may not be a huge trophy but he is to me so he will be getting mounted!
