Hunted my butt off for four days straight ! Decided to hunt a hill top that ended at a cedar swamp , hit my grunt call twice and this guy ran out of the swamp to investigate, using a Remington 3006 that was given to me by my wife’s grandfather which he purchased new in 1961 and the only rifle he used for 40 years ! I’ve upgraded the scope and refinished the stock but the accuracy and sentimental value will last forever for me ! Dropped this guy at 150 yards and the first thing I thought of was how proud gramps would be and also thought about all the deer he had taken over the years made it very special for me ! Not the biggest buck but personal value of it all is special for me
