Me and my Grandpa hunted all weekend for the youth hunt and didn’t see a buck. So before the last hunt, we went and got a doe tag so I could shoot a doe. At 7:20pm, I heard rustling across the blueberries and this guy stepped out. I thought he was a six and brought my .350 legend Ruger up to my shoulder and waited for him to step out. He stepped out so his neck was out from behind a bush and I knew where his shoulder was so I put it on him and shot. He took off, ran 70 yards, and fell. First nice buck.
