Went out for the first morning hunt of the season and as daybreak approached i could see doe’s being pushed by a few small bucks on the neighboring property in a thick swampy cedar thicket when out of nowhere this buck appeared running the small bucks off. I watched this buck for almost an hour till he ran a doe straight to me. He crossed in front of me at 50 yards and i let him have it. He ran 30 yards and dropped. Still in shock over this buck
