Hunting my girlfriends Mom’s property for over a week and only seeing does. Decided to go out on the first snowfall of the season and saw a few doe and a 6 pt. The 6 pt was too far out of range to shoot so I thought I’d be leaving without a buck for another night in a row. 30 minutes later a beautiful 8 pt walked in and I was able to get a nice shot on him. My very first deer ever and first year hunting. I’m definitely addicted now and it’ll be something I look forward to every year. Shout out to my future stepfather in law for showing me the ropes and helping me get my first buck out of the woods!
