It was about 5:15 in the evening when I had a few doe out in front of me about 50 yards out in the soybean field. I wasn’t seeing any big buck in previous sits but spikes. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a buck running across the field to the right of me and jump the fence into the field. It wasn’t 2 minutes before he was on one of the doe in front me, gave and a perfect 45 yard broadside shot.
