Had a few does in front of me, and a nice little 8 pt in front of me waiting for this deer to walk out. And he came out with probably 40 minutes of daylight left, and was facing towards me the whole time untill he finally turned broadside, I shot him but he didnt act like how a deer usually would after being shot and i was sceptical if my gun got knocked out of sight. Found ZERO blood untill the next day i checked my gun it was dead on. (80 yds) went and looked that day because i knew i had to have hit him and sure enough i found a path with some broken branches, right up in front of me he was dead on his side, only blood was about 10 inches behind where he was laying.
