I went out after work and when I got to the in my chair my hunting pants decided to rip. About 7 pm I seen a doe ran through heading west. About 10 minutes later I seen this guys head pop over the sunflowers looking around. He finally came out and I was able to get a shot at him 20 yards away. I did hit high and back. My husband and I started tracking lost blood after 100 yards and no arrow it was stuck in the buck when he ran off. I called Nosey hunters tracking and he told us to back out and he would come out the morning. Huck got on the trail and found him. The deer went about half mile with a one lung shot. This is my first bow deer. The compound bow was a gift from my grandpa about 20 years ago and I finally started bow hunting last year. I think he would be proud. Thank you again Nosey Hunters for helping us find my deer!! ❤️
