I over slept but decided to go out anyways. By the time I sat in the blind it was 8:30 and I immediately saw a doe. Then I saw movement behind her and eventually saw antlers. I grunted a few times and he came running out and stood broadside at 60 yards. He was the first buck I have seen since Oct 1st. I made a good shot at 8:45 and he only went 30 yards and piled up. 5 minutes later I shot another smaller buck.
