Harvested this hog on 11-17-19 at 4:38pm 18 Minutes after the neighbors walked out to their blind. Spotted him on the neighbors property said deer my girlfriend grabbed the binoculars said buck. I grabbed the .308 and waited she watched to see if he was changing his course. Got him in my cross hairs. But had to wait for him to cross onto the property we hunt. Soon as he crossed took 2 good steps in and dropped him at 109yards. He’s my biggest buck to date. Zero tracking needed. First time having a buck fold over the way he did that could be from the 180gr. Took the time to weigh him before gutting he was 187lbs. Completely field dressed he weighed 155lbs.
Beautiful 8 Point off family property
Tonight couldn’t have worked out better. So thankful, & to have my girlfriend and best friend in the blind with me all 3 of us watched.
