Not the one I was hoping for this morning. Snuck in on me when I was about to get down lost him in the scope and had half a second to decide to shoot or not. I thought he was 6pt but ends up being a 5pt. Can’t complain about the first deer harvested off our own property. Shot him threw the heart watched him go 20-30 yards and he piled up. Big thanks to Crystal Ann Mulder and Burly Flintoff for tracking and pulling him out of the woods with me! It was a good solo hunt this morning. The wait is paying off.
