I don’t really know how to put this season into words but I’ll do my best. Back in October I harvested the biggest buck of my life, a 164″ green score 11 point that dressed at 229lbs. I never thought I would top that buck.

Two months later…
I have had a split G2 & G3 12 point on camera for the last 4 years (started as a 2 1/2 10 pt in 2014) . None of our family had ever seen him in person, just on camera…and 99% at night. About a week ago he showed up on camera in daylight and that got me motivated to get out in the woods. My dad was trying to fill a tag still with my muzzle loader so that left me with my bow. Little did I know 4 days later would I not only see the split 12, but get a 30 yard shot with a bow in December muzzle loader season! After 4 years the giant is down and I still cannot comprehend it all! I put roughly 340″ of antler on the ground in one season..in Michigan!?? I am so grateful for the chance at him. I’ve had dreams of how to get a chance at him and it came true. God is so good.
