I watched this buck Friday night hoping to get a crack at him on Saturday. I didn’t want to spook the deer off the alfalfa in the morning so I waited for the evening hunt. The evening was busy with deer activity even though it was warm out. The buck came out at 7:40 and it didn’t take long( even though I was shaking like crazy) for me to range him and take the shot. He was at 162 yards and the shot dropped him…..
