Well we had good weekend for youth hunt had football Saturday had to rush home get hunting clothes on and got to our spot and deer were already in the feild so we snuck as close as we could and posted up in a fence row. We seen probly 30 deer sat night passing up 4 or 5 different spikes and a nice 8pt waiting for the big buck to come out. If u know easton sitting still is at the bottom of his list of things to do was a challenge to say the least!!! Sunday night we got out alot earlier had almost everything we had planned to take set up in the pop up blind deer started coming out and the wiggle worm in the blind was still wiggling around but he managed to finally get settled in as we watched another group of spikes and does 30 to 60yrds infront of us still waiting for the big boy!!! Just about dark last shooting light clayton said there was a group of bucks off to our backside in a hustle to get gun out another window with no rest i used my hand on side of the blind and easton was able to get a shot off!! We looked all over for blood didnt find any thought for sure a clean miss! I decided to double check the feild this morning and didn’t have to go far to see the deer he shot at laying there and the rest is all smiles!!!
