I decided to go for a hunt Sunday evening (Sunday’s are my lucky hunting days), because the weather was finally nice and I’ve been after this buck since opening day. I named him “Spooks” because he kept getting scared off and his patterns kept changing. I shot my arrow at about 6:55pm, and Spooks ran about 50 yards (plus or minus). He was down about 5-10 seconds after the arrow hit him. Was definitely a hunt to remember!
