I watched a smaller 8 come through the woods. There were two does and this guy with him. The does wandered off, and so did this 10. The 8 was not interested in giving me a better look at him, let alone a shot. I was using my buck call to try to get him to get into better view when this 10 came back! I grunted at him a few times and he walked right into a shooting lane broadside. We saw him 2 years ago on cams, but not last year, and we thought he was gone. My husband was pleasantly surprised to see I was serious when I said “it’s the really tall one!”.
