We sat from 11am until a doe and this little buck came in at about 4:30. At 11:40 we watch a buck chases a doe they never came into rage. 1:30 we heard my cousin shoot. Emma got discouraged that she wasn’t going to see anything after that and wanted to leave the woods at 3:30, I told her “you never know when they are gonna come in, we made it this far we are going to finish it”. That she did! Around 4pm she had her head on my shoulder and I had to bump her and tell her to get ready. I heard something walking around. I looked up to see a doe in the distance but that’s not were the noise was coming from then I seen this little guy so I pointed off to the side for her to look over that way. The doe came in to the right of us and the buck to the left. She steady herself for the shot and took it. We found him about 40 yards from where she shot. Even though it is rifle season she wanted to use grandpas crossbow. I know her great grandpa was watching down on her when she took that shot and was so proud to see his grand daughters out in the woods. This is her first deer ever!!

The second picture is my necklace I take out every year so grandpa can still go hunting, the bullet is from my first buck.
