Stalked into his bedroom after jumping him on the 16th. Stalked within 30yrds to edge of deep ravine where he was bedding a couple days prior. Leaves so loud he heard me, came charging up ravine straight at me, at 40’ feet I pulled the trigger aiming dead center of his neck.As his doe popped up from ravine, he flipped over into ravine. I was catching my breath, calling my son to let him know that I actually pulled it off. Couldn’t believe how big he actually was until I finally peeped over the edge of ravine and was shaking uncontrollably. Lifted his head and tears started flowing. Best hunt ever !!!!
