Henry hit the woods hard starting first light Saturday morning. Passing on doe’s in hope for a buck for his first deer.
After hunting hard through 3 sits. We hit the woods tonight with any mature deer in mind. At 5:20 two mature doe’s entered the plot. I asked him if he was ready. Told him to focus on a lung shot . The rest is history. A great shot and a short track made for an incredible night.
