We watched him crest the ridge at sunrise with six hens behind him. The hens headed for the woods, but he locked onto our decoy and came sprinting straight in. Wings flailing, he jumped right on top of our jake. First double beard and my quickest hunt. Thankful for answered prayers, the best guide(my boyfriend) and a successful harvest. – Holly T
